Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how you can request a refund or return for purchases associated with Save24pro.
1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to products and services sold directly by Save24pro through save24pro.work. If you purchase via a third‑party marketplace (e.g., Steam, app stores, asset stores), the marketplace’s refund rules apply and control your request.
2. Digital products
- Downloadable content (DLC), digital guides, assets: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the content has not been downloaded or accessed. Once downloaded or accessed, refunds are generally not available unless the product is defective or not as described.
- Defective or misdescribed items: If a digital product is defective or does not match its description, contact us within 14 days; we will attempt to remedy the issue or offer a refund.
3. Services (workshops, consulting)
- Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled start. 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before. No refund within 48 hours of the start time, except where required by law.
- No‑shows: No refund for missed sessions without prior cancellation.
4. Physical goods (if offered)
- Returns window: 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Process: Contact us first to obtain return instructions. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Shipping: Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracked shipping.
5. Non‑refundable items
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Customized or made‑to‑order items.
- Digital content after download/access, except where defective or mandated by law.
6. How to request a refund
- Email support@save24pro.work with your order number, purchase email, and reason for the request.
- For defects, include screenshots or a short description to help us verify and fix issues quickly.
- For physical returns, wait for our RMA instructions before sending items back.
7. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider but typically appear within 5–10 business days after we approve the refund or receive returned goods.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access to related products or services during the investigation. We encourage contacting us first so we can resolve issues quickly.
9. Consumer rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights regarding defective or misdescribed goods and services.
